KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PCB design:
Lead the development of circuit boards, integrating theoretical modeling, design, and component selection.
-Proficient use of PCB design software (Altium, EasyEDA, Cadence, etc.).
-In-depth knowledge of SMPS and power electronics.
-Understanding of analog signal integrity principles.
-Familiarity with control systems and their various stages
System consideration:
-Collaborate with department heads to align project resources.
-Facilitate smooth transition to production, overseeing assembly testing and the QA process.
-Manage BOM changes and adaptations for scaling processes.
Design review process:
-Ensure transparency throughout the design stages, from Kickoff to Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews.
-Explore new fields and technologies based on expert consultations.
Timeline Management:
-Accurately estimate project scope, defining key tasks and milestones.
-Adherence to schedules within the SCRUM sprint framework.
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
-Proven track record in the complete cycle of circuit board development.
-A team-oriented individual with a proactive mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
-Analytical thinker with a theory-driven approach to problem-solving.
-Familiarity with embedded systems programming (C, C++, etc).
