Youll create AI-powered solutions across our GTM and Revenue teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support) and play a central role in shaping how we work and win.
Responsibilities:
Design and deliver end-to-end AI-driven workflows that increase sales efficiency, automate recurring tasks, and elevate customer management.
Leverage AI Tools and platforms like n8n, LLMs, LangChain, Python and more to ship intelligent, scalable automations.
Design, build, and work with MCPs across multiple systems, including developing custom MCPs to securely connect AI agents with internal and external data sources and business systems
Own, maintain, and continuously improve existing AI agents (e.g., SDR agents, enrichment agents), optimizing their performance, accuracy, and business impact over time
Independently drive projects from discovery through execution, including designing, building, and deploying
Partner with business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer success and support to deeply understand operational pain points and business needs and opportunities, and craft practical AI solutions.
Drive AI adoption, including onboarding teams to new AI tools, iterating based on feedback, and continuously improving usage and outcomes
Collaborate with peers from the business applications and data teams to provide impactful, data-driven operational solutions
Explore and test new AI capabilities and translate them into valuable use cases for the business.

Requirements:
Extensive hands-on experience in Business Applications and/or software development
Experience building end-to-end AI solutions and automations
Deep understanding of business processes and a drive to impact business results
Experience with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and automation/orchestration tools (e.g., n8n, Make.com, LangChain)
Development capabilities, preferably in Python
Hands-on experience designing and consuming REST APIs, working with HTTP methods, authentication mechanisms, and integrating GTM platforms into AI-driven workflows.
High degree of independence and initiative – able to run projects autonomously
Sharp analytical skills and a structured problem-solving mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
Passion for continuous learning, experimentation, and staying current with AI trends
Experience working with GTM or RevOps teams in a SAAS company – a big advantage
Experience with Salesforce – a big advantage.
