We are seeking an experienced, creative, and results-oriented Growth Team Leader for its Working Capital product, a significant revenue generator contributing millions of dollars each year.
As a Working Capital Growth Team Leader your core objective is to develop our go-to-market strategy and drive execution across our customers and partners. The ideal candidate is a customer-centric leader with significant experience in driving the adoption of financial products among customers. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and have a deep understanding of business dynamics.
The Growth Team Leader will report to the Director of Growth and Ops, be a key member of the Working Capital business unit, and hold a high-visibility role.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute marketing and sales strategies for existing customers and prospects.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of growth specialists. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Drive Working Capital's growth initiatives and programs across a large managed customer portfolio.
Lead cross-functional projects involving business operations, marketing, product, and partnerships.
Closely collaborate with regional go-to-market and account management teams.
Ideate and implement new business initiatives to expand Working Capital's portfolio.
Own and manage Working Capital's KPIs for specific business initiatives or customer segments.
Work closely with the product and marketing teams to identify and address customer needs.
Lead strategic discussions with existing and new go-to-market partners.

Requirements:
5+ Years of growth or similar role experience, ideally within a tech-based company / Financial products company
Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
Demonstrated success in solving complex problems, driving change, and accelerating the growth trajectory of products
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, in both Hebrew and English
Strong leadership skills to drive and lead cross-functional initiatives
Equally comfortable with high-level strategy and hands-on work
High energy level, with a bias for action and accountability
Proven ability to collaborate and join dots across multiple teams
Experience in driving customer centricity through research and experimentation
A data-driven mindset & approach to driving and influencing decisions
Not a must but a great advantage:
Marketing experience
Solid understanding of the payments or lending industry
Work experience in a global role.
5+ Years of growth or similar role experience, ideally within a tech-based company / Financial products company
Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
