Partner closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build and release high-impact features.
Identify opportunities for innovation, define success metrics, and monitor performance to ensure product excellence.
Standardize product processes and best practices to drive efficiency and collaboration across teams.
Act as a change agent-leading with curiosity, data, and agility to adapt quickly to market trends.
Serve as a point of contact for cross-organizational collaboration, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:
Has at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B or B2C tech company, ideally in a SaaS or data-driven environment.
Brings a strong technical background or analytical mindset-with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Has demonstrated success in managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and optimization.
Is highly data-driven, experienced in A/B testing, and comfortable making decisions based on evidence and experimentation.
Is a clear and structured communicator, able to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
Excels in collaboration, driving engagement and efficiency across teams and departments.
Demonstrates learning agility-comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to change, and continuously improving.
Holds a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
Has at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B or B2C tech company, ideally in a SaaS or data-driven environment.
