Role and Responsibilities
Lead and guide an entire marketing business unit that includes performance, organic growth, inbound & life cycle marketing, social and content managers, with the ability to take projects hands-on when needed.
Prioritize, plan, optimize workflows and manage initiatives based on KPIs.
Analyze campaigns performance data and KPIs, provide insights and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Collaborate and plan quarterly roadmaps with the product and support teams.
Lead initiatives together with the product marketing and the design teams.
Represent the marketing business unit at bi-weekly and quarterly management meetings.
5+ years experience leading a marketing group in a global company, with B2C/SMB-related products, with a proven record of managing performance marketing budgets in growth.
Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing data and translating results into actionable key takeaways.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a cross functional team.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer support.
Fluent in English written and spoken.
