Job Responsibilities:

Plan, optimize, and manage paid search advertisements
Manage social media channels or work collaboratively with our social media manager

Report to our CEO about ongoing marketing campaigns, conversion rates, and cost per conversion.

Requirements:
3+ years experience as a growth marketer
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content for diverse audiences.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
