The Growth Manager will be responsible for managing new growth products, developing strategies, and executing plans to achieve sales targets. They will work closely with the marketing, sales, customer service, technological and operation teams to align efforts and achieve goals. The Growth Manager will report directly to the VP sales. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement growth strategies for ancillary products that align with the company’s objectives.
* Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and track performance against growth metrics.
* Analyze market trends and customer insights.
* Collaborate with the marketing department to design and execute effective campaigns.
* Monitor and optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates.
* Guide a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed their sales targets.
* Define new technological improvements to the product.
* Stay abreast of the latest industry developments and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in a financial or analytical field, such as Economics or Marketing.
* At least 3 years of experience as a customer growth manager or as a Business or Marketing Product Manager.
* Proven experience in the creation, optimization, and management of customer marketing campaigns is a must.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable growth plans.
* Excellent cross-functional management abilities.
* A customer-centric mindset with a drive to deliver exceptional service.
