Requirements:
Master's degree or above in life sciences, biology, Microbiology, or related fields.
Management experience in Microbiology laboratory work – mandatory.
Experience working under GMP – mandatory.
Background in pharmaceutical industry processes, science, and Quality Assurance.
Knowledge and experience in microbiology testing methods, environmental monitoring principles and familiarity with pharmacopoeia (EP, USP) and regulatory requirements for these areas, as well as experience in developing and validating microbiological testing methods.
Knowledge in Aseptic processes- significant advantage
Management, leadership, motivation, and organizational skills.
Presentation skills, communication skills in both written and spoken Hebrew and English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with interfaces.
Very high level of English proficiency
