As Group Manager, youll lead a global full-stack team, driving end-to-end development of our product suite. Youll own architecture and design decisions, oversee QA, and mentor engineers while ensuring delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions that transform elder care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale a global full-stack development group
Define technical direction and own system architecture/design
Guide QA processes and ensure high standards of quality
Design scalable solutions across web and mobile (ReactJS, NodeJS, React Native)
Mentor and develop engineers for growth and performance
Partner with Product to shape and deliver the roadmap
Requirements:
Experience leading development teams (core + offshore)
Expertise in Node.js, React, cloud environments (AWS), microservices
Strong background with containerized systems (Docker, Kubernetes)
Track record of setting and managing agile development processes
Proactive problem-solver with customer-centric mindset
Strong communicator and collaborator with cross-functional teams
