We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Graphic Designer that will have a passion for technology and will be a creative thinker who can develop innovative designs and play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand through various marketing channels.
You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling visual content that effectively communicates our brands message and supports our marketing objectives. that drive results. You will report to the VP Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Development: Create visually appealing graphics for a variety of marketing materials, including web pages, social media posts, email campaigns, banners, conference booth elements, presentations, brochures, and print advertisements
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions that align with the brands goals
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all marketing materials. Update and refine existing design assets to keep them current with evolving brand standards
Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure that design concepts are aligned with marketing strategies. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and creative concepts for marketing campaigns
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines. Maintain organized files and design documentation for easy access and future reference
Visual Storytelling: Use graphic design to tell compelling stories that resonate with the target audience and enhance the overall marketing message. Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to ensure that our visual content remains innovative and effective

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing team or agency setting
5+ years of experience advantage
Experience creating design for complex technological products an advantage
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and more
Ability to translate high-level ideas and vision from others into concrete design concepts and ideas
Love for all things design: passion & drive for design to create unique, out-of-the-box ideas
Very high quality and design standards, and a keen eye for detail and be able to spot inconsistencies or errors in design work
Entrepreneurial Spirit
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of web design, HTML/CSS, and video editing an advantage
