A Day in the Life of our Graduate Manufacturing Engineer:
You will be improving and developing equipment capabilities and efficiencies through continuous improvement and development and solve problems that impact manufacturing outputs in a compliant and effective manner on a daily basis.
Managing equipment projects to support process improvement / New Product Introduction
Identifying and implementing cost improvement proposals to improve equipment capabilities in terms of quality and unit cost.
Developing innovative ways of improving equipment and operational performance.
Planning and managing direct projects against schedule Validation – prepare documents, perform relevant validation exercises as required.
Ensuring that all relevant documentation reflect current regulatory standards.
Working with device suppliers to qualify inhaler device moulding and assembly equipment.

Educated to Level 8 Degree in an Engineering discipline?
Keen and ambitious to start your career in the pharma industry?
Do you have….
A strong hands on interest in manufacturing and production?
A Primary degree in Engineering-Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial is preferred
0-18 Months Engineering experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical fields.
