We are looking for a Global Travel Coordinator to join us.
As a Global Coordinator, you will manage travel logistics and support our team members with their travel needs.
This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks, solve problems efficiently, and work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Additionally, you will analyze travel expense reports and provide detailed financial summaries to the CFO, highlighting any excess spending and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Responsibilities:
Address and resolve any travel-related issues or disruptions promptly, providing alternative solutions as required.
Research and compare prices, availability, and quality of travel options such as flights, and hotels, to secure the best rates and accommodations.
Advise employees on travel policies, visa requirements, and any necessary documentation needed for their travel.
Manage and track travel expenses, including reconciling invoices, receipts, and credit card statements to ensure compliance with company policies and budgetary constraints.
Analyze travel expense reports and provide detailed financial summaries to the CFO, highlighting any excess spending and opportunities for cost savings.
Producing statistical reports and analyzing them for management.

Experience with Navan is a plus.
