* Experience in recruiting and sourcing.
* Proficiency in interviewing in both English and Hebrew.
* Expertise in creative sourcing across various channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.).
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Comeet.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
* Advanced computer skills, including MS Office.
* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Good home office working environment (quiet space, high speed internet connection 100MB, ability to activate webcam at all times, headset)
