We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Global Production Manager to lead the operations of our manufacturing facility, specializing in high-reliability hardware for communication satellites. This role is primarily focused on managing day-to-day production, developing high-performing teams, and optimizing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability.
The ideal candidate will also play a key role in developing and initiating global manufacturing facilities and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Leadership:
Oversee all production activities at the companys site, ensuring alignment with project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary production team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Implement and enforce best practices in manufacturing, assembly, and testing of satellite hardware components.
Process Optimization & Quality:
Optimize processes to improve throughput, reduce waste, and ensure product quality while adhering to aerospace standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001.
Collaborate with engineering and R&D to transition designs from prototype to production.
Operational Readiness for Global Expansion:
Develop scalable production systems and documentation to support future multi-site manufacturing.
Contribute to the strategic planning of global production capabilities, including site selection, process standardization, and technology transfer frameworks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, cycle time, downtime, and cost efficiency.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and quality issues proactively.

Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Experience of at least 8 years in manufacturing complex multidisciplinary systems
Experience in companies with a wide product range in high mix low volume environment
Led quality processes such as LEAN and Six Sigma
Familiarity with Priority ( ERP system )
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
Team-oriented leader that knows how to lead and inspire his team.
Lean or equivalent certification.
Experience with aerospace and satellite communication manufacturing.
