Were looking for a hands-on Partnerships Manager to join our team and lead partner acquisition and activation globally. This is a builder role – not program management. Your mission will be to identify, recruit, and activate partners who can refer qualified B2B2X clients that generate measurable ARR .
Youll work directly with our CEO, driving referral partnerships that bring new clients into our pipeline. Success in this role is measured only by one metric: revenue generated through partner-sourced clients.
What Youll Do
Identify and engage potential partners across Europe and the US – core banking vendors, ERP/TMS consultants, PSP advisors, system integrators, and fintech consultants.
Build long-term relationships and ensure each new partner is activated and generates real referrals.
Educate partners on Okooras FX360 infrastructure and help them identify relevant clients.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Growth teams to track partner-sourced opportunities.
Deliver weekly reports and performance insights.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Partner Sales, Channel Development, or B2B Tech Sales (preferably Fintech, ERP, or Payments).
Proven success in generating business through referral or partner channels – not direct sales.
Familiarity with ERP vendors, PSPs, or financial system integrators.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
Builder mindset – independent, proactive, and driven by measurable results.
