Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of HR global experience, with at least 5 years in a global HRBP leadership role. Experience in a multinational organization is essential.
Skills:
o Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and align HR strategy with business objectives.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Proven leadership and team management abilities.
o In-depth knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
o Ability to manage complex and sensitive HR issues with tact and diplomacy.
o Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
Travel: Ability to travel internationally as required.
