We are looking for a Global Employment Expert (Legal Counsel). This position is unique and diverse, as you will act as a professional point of contact in all areas of global employment for our clients and partners.
You will:
Partner closely with our In-Country Teams to support clients with global employment matters and enable scalable international growth
Identify and mitigate risk related to global employment issues across multiple jurisdictions.
Facilitate the offboarding of global workers, managing complex termination processes in coordination with In-Country Teams
Ensure compliant onboarding of global workers by reviewing employment agreements and verifying that all statutory minimum requirements are included in accordance with local laws.
Provide clients with clear guidance on global employment matters, leveraging the expertise of our In-Country Teams.
Review clients confidentiality and intellectual property agreements to ensure alignment with and preservation of the employment framework.
Collaborate with In-Country Teams on a wide range of legal issues including PIPS and disciplinary proceedings where appl
Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders, especially Service Delivery Managers and Account Managers, to ensure seamless execution and communication.

Requirements:
An Israeli licensed attorney with 2+ years experience as an attorney in law firms or in-house counsel.
Experience in labor law an advantage.
Experience in human resources or any other related field an advantage.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Attention to detail.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Dynamic and energetic personality.
Self-motivated and persistent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable dealing with a global customer base and interacting in a multicultural environment.
Able to communicate legal issues and solutions clearly and concisely and negotiate between relevant factors regarding labor law issues.
Ability to work flexible hours.
