About the position Reporting directly to VP HR of the company, this full time position is based in Tel-Aviv, requires someone who thrives in autonomy and a true maestro of execution and creativity. You’ll lead the creation, planning and rolling out of employee experience initiatives globally. With a knack for independent work and a talent for bringing innovative ideas to life, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring our employees are not just satisfied but ecstatic about their work environment. Essentially, you’ll be the dynamo powering our diverse community, deeply caring, attuned to our staff’s needs, and relentlessly proactive. You’ll basically be the heart and soul of our diverse community – caring, attuned to our staff’s needs and exceedingly proactive. Responsibilities
* Develop innovative, trendy and relevant yearly global experience plans that match our fast-paced work environment and culture needs
* Manage the global annual budget for employee experience initiatives and plans
* Plan and execute every aspect of the company's parties, holiday toasts, team events, lectures and other employee wellbeing events
* Work closely with the global management team in order to build their region’s holistic wellbeing plan
* Manage employee wellbeing routine processes, including welcoming new employees, life cycle gifts, etc.
* Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives, and provide recommendations to improve future strategies
* Lead the employer branding efforts to enhance the company’s reputation as a great place to work
