Manage day to day deliverables and work closely with all departments
Build strong relationships with the client at all levels through a superior understanding of client's business issues, marketing communications, and competition.
Provide vision, inspiration and strategic leadership to both the agency team and the clients. Ensure a collaborative approach internally and across agency partners to ensure happy and productive relationships.
Drive Growth of scope of work ensuring the account is positively contributing to the agencys revenue growth and profitability.
Develop and mentor team members; provide feedback and opportunities for growth.
Develop Brand, competitive and audience analyses, strategic brand frameworks, campaign and product launch strategies.

5+ years of related industry experience; preferably consulting, interactive, agency or direct marketing experience
2+ years of proven track record in developing senior-level client relationships
Strong knowledge or experience in marketing and media,
An exceptional grasp on media planning, negotiation, and performance analysis and an impressive understanding of the digital environment you know this world by heart and you keep pulse with the rapid changes happening within it
Apply analytical problem solving skills to deliver results
Strong communication skills and an impressive attention to detail
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build client rapport
Strong project management and performance management skills you are crystal clear when it comes to delegating and providing feedback
