Responsibilities:
Operating monetization & product activities across multiple games through the company Back-End Admin system: setting up promotions, controlling game features, creating pricing configurations, segmentation, etc.
QA of the promotions/configurations/features.
Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Live Operations Calendar and AB Tests in the production environment throughout different time zones, games & platforms.
Work alongside with QA team to make sure new features are developed & released according to the planned vision & requirements.
Daily monitoring of ongoing operations.
Work closely with Monetization, Product, VIP, Art, R&D departments to make ideas into reality.
Requirements:
Strong computer skills, and the ability to operate multiple applications and platforms simultaneously.
Used to work with back-office/admin/ CRM tools are a big plus.
Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
Proactive and creative with the drive to improve and continuously learn.
Exceptional time management skills & workload prioritization.
Availability to work off-hours per need.
Background in gaming (preferred, but not mandatory).
Open-minded, think out of the box, look for solutions to solve issues.
Precision, attention to every detail (QA background is welcome).
Quick learner.
English proficiency both spoken and written.
Advantages:
Experience as Technical Operation Specialist/ Configuration Specialist /Technical Support/ Technical Project Manager/ Business Operation Specialist.
Previous work experience in a related field Mobile Gaming Big Advantage (but not mandatory).
Technical background (Backend Systems Operations / Programming / SQL knowledge).
