What will you do:
Develop and own a high-level strategy for improving and optimizing the game economy in order to maximize engagement and revenue in the long run.
Manage the economy and pricing of virtual goods, content, and currencies in the game, both free and paid, and including progression, bonuses & rewards for in-game events, competitions & challenges.
Collaborate with product teams to design the optimal daily experience for our players and maximize their engagement & performance with our features.
Investigate different economic models for different segments of users.
Build and analyze simulations and predictive models to proactively forecast the results of changes to content.
Plan A/B testing plans and analyze their effectiveness.
Manage & optimize game pricing models while defining key segmentation layers to support players' LTV growth.
Define economy KPIs and build mathematical models to monitor, predict and validate the impact of features on game balance and player behavior.
What you will need:
Experience as a game economy manager.
Bachelors Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field.
High analytical skills & proven experience in quantifying & modeling players behaviors to reach product/feature goals.
Proven experience working with Product, Design & LiveOps teams.
Proficient in English.
Experience working with SQL \ R \ Python – an advantage.
