We are looking for a passionate and experienced game designer who specializes in puzzles and will join the Hybrid games team. As part of your role you will help take great concepts and make them into published games with millions of users worldwide. As a game designer at Supersonic, you are responsible for making decisions about gameplay and mechanics, but will need to collaborate with game developers, Monetization managers and other designers to shape the overall product vision.
What you'll be doing:
Prototype gameplay content with external studio developers and come up with new-level mechanics.
Set the order of levels to create an ideal progression for the player.
Collaborate with other disciplines to follow your designs from GDD through to final in-engine polish.
Balance the game difficulty.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience with level design in casual puzzle games.
Great feel for level design and an understanding of what makes a level fun.
Have worked on a top casual mobile puzzle game.
