Funnel Personalization PM Responsibilities
Explore and develop strategies to adapt ads products to advertiser needs with a focus on the individual buyer
Establish shared vision across the org by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
Drive product development with a team of world-class ML, SW engineers, and data scientists.
Integrate user research and industry benchmarks into product requirements to enhance advertiser success and buyer satisfaction.
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, develop robust measurement plans for ML driven products
Maximize efficiency and remove blockers in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

Requirements:
Product management experience
Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (i.e. Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or equivalent technical work experience (e.g. software engineer, network engineer etc.)
Experience in working on Machine Learning driven products, driving effective ML engineering teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce a plus
Product management experience
