About the Role
The Policy team is building Policy Protect app, a web application platform that merchants can configure and monitor their business policies in different use-cases such as refunds, returns, and more. Our work involves a robust analysis flow and models that evaluate claims in both offline and online environments to determine their legitimacy and prevent fraud.
Our Stack: Node.js, React, Figma, PostgreSQL, Elastic, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, Kafka.
What You'll Be Doing
Design and develop a highly reliable, available, and scalable architecture for our core services and web applications in a new promising product
Deploy your code to production daily (we have advanced CI/CD pipelines)
Be a strong owner of production systems, keeping them running smoothly
Active part in planning the team roadmap and products
Collaborate with other engineering teams and product managers teams to work on cross-department projects
B.Sc. in Computer Science or military equivalent certifications
3+ years of proven experience in hands-on server-side coding
Hands-on experience in Node.js & react
Proven experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies.
Great attitude – an independent self-learner and a strong team player
Experience with Elastic – advantage
Knowledge of monitoring and visualization tools like Prometheus and Grafana – advantage
