Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in team leadership in agile scrum methodology
At least 7 years proven software design and development experience in Java, Javascript/Typescript/ReactJS/NodeJS/ in core complex systems
BSc in software engineering or equivalent
Experience in leading scrum team big advantage
Highly motivated and strong technical skills
Technical experience in working with one or more of the following: Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, NodeJS, SQL, REST API, Message Queues, Docker containers, Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, Microservice Architecture, MicroProfile
Excellent verbal and written English.
Ability and passion to lead.
