We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Team Lead to drive innovation in our cloud-based communication solutions team.
As a Senior Full Stack Team Lead, you will oversee a dynamic team of 9 developers (6 existing + 3 new hires) working on cutting-edge products in the cloud communication sector.
Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers to develop our next-gen web applications.
Collaborating with the product team, UX designers, and other R&D teams to secure our deliveries.
Assume complete ownership over key areas of our platform, including quality of code, time estimations, deployment to production, and monitoring.
Take an active part in the teams efforts to deliver the best solutions to our services.
Manage, recommend, and execute improvements to our infrastructures and stay ahead with new technologies and best practices.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in managing full-stack teams
Extensive experience in the design and development of web applications
At least 3 years of experience in client-side development, preferably with React
At least 3 years of experience in server-side development with node.js
Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB is preferred)
Experience with Linux environment and containers (Docker)
Experience with Agile development, effort estimations, and timelines management
Nice to have:
Experience with Java Spring boot
Experience with Micro frontend architecture
Experience with cloud-based server infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform, AWS).
