Responsibilities:
Proactively build your team, mentoring, recruiting, and onboarding.
Taking Hands-on responsibilities with the team: designing, coding, and delivering features.
Play a central role in building a complex and large-scale platform.
Work closely with the management team to execute product vision & architecture.
Develop & Lead tasks end-to-end, from design to deployment.
Provide scalable, maintainable, and easy-to-use solutions for our customers.
Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with trends & technologies in the industry.

5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Experience in both front-end and back-end development.

An expert in balancing the trade-offs between technical and product priorities.
Team player.
2+ years of experience managing development teams.
5+ years of professional experience in software development.
