Key Responsibilities
Lead a global full-stack team developing web and mobile apps
Own architecture and technical design across database, backend, and client-side
Design scalable solutions with Node.js, React, and React Native
Guide QA and testing processes to ensure high product quality
Mentor engineers and foster professional growth
Partner with Product to define and deliver the roadmap
Requirements:
Proven experience leading development teams in agile environments
Strong full-stack expertise (Node.js, React, AWS, microservices)
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes; React Native a plus
Track record of setting processes, KPIs, and delivering milestones
Hands-on troubleshooting skills in production environments
Collaborative, customer-centric approach to problem-solving
