Lead and mentor our SaaS team of 4 developers (local and
remote) on all aspects of development – with strong control of
both backend and frontend domains.
? Own the complete team development cycle, including testing
and CI/CD, promoting engineering excellence through code
.comreviews, technical leadership, team ceremonies, knowledge
sharing and mentoring.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infra, Edge, ML,
Product) to align engineering with business and product goals.
? Manage complex release, versioning and deployment processes
for both on-prem and cloud environments.
? Manage external UX/UI design partners. and outsourcing
projects.
? Balance hands-on coding with leadership and management
responsibilities
