Responsibilities:
Lead the development initiatives for our innovative retention marketing strategy, skillfully applying coding expertise across email, SMS, Push Notifications, and more to pioneer and create novel marketing methods and concepts for enhanced customer engagement and retention.
Execute daily email marketing activities, covering campaign setup, A/B testing, scheduling, and deployment of diverse customer-facing emails. Conduct thorough QA to ensure precise creative content, linking, and copy.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and opportunities for continuous optimization.
Innovatively build, test, and analyze customer segments and personalization to drive superior engagement, retention, and reactivation.
Provide project management support to the Retention Marketing Team, ensuring seamless execution and securing approvals.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from Creative, Data Science, Product, R&D and Merchandising teams.
Stay abreast of email best practices and industry trends.
1-2 years of experience in full-stack PHP development.
HTML, CSS, JS experience – a must.
Smarty experience – big advantage.
Demonstrated experience with online communication tools, including SMS, web push notifications, and app push notifications.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and make data-driven decisions based on email marketing metrics.
Creative flair and design acumen to create visually appealing email templates and content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
