What Youll Do:
Work as part of the Platform team on project-based initiatives that span the entire product and support multiple engineering teams
Design, build, and maintain shared systems, services, and tooling that improve scalability, reliability, and developer velocity
Develop end-to-end solutions across the stack, from backend services and APIs to frontend components when needed
Collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and application teams to identify platform needs and deliver high-impact solutions
Improve platform architecture, performance, and technical health through refactoring, better abstractions, and thoughtful system design
Support a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and problems are solved iteratively and pragmatically
3+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, working across frontend and backend systems
Ability to work from our Jerusalem office (located in the Central Bus Station next to the train) 2 times a week (Monday & Wednesday) is required
Hands-on experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React)
Backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies
Experience with NoSQL technologies (e.g., MongoDB, Firestore, Elasticsearch)
Experience working with microservices and distributed systems
Comfort operating in a cloud environment (GCP experience is a strong plus)
Strong working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
