* Design, build, and maintain high-quality web applications across the stack, developing responsive frontend components in React and scalable backend services in Python (Django/DRF), with a strong emphasis on performance, maintainability, and User Experience.
* Lead the integration of AI-powered features, including LLM-based capabilities, into user-facing products through effective prompt engineering and system design.
* Own architectural and tooling decisions, contributing to long-term technical planning, system scalability, and engineering best practices.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver features that are both functional and delightful, aligning technical solutions with business goals.
* Write clean, testable, and reusable code, contribute to shared libraries and frameworks, and help shape a high-ownership engineering culture in a fast-paced environment.

* Hands-on experience with system and database design (SQL/NoSQL), including optimization for performance, data integrity, and scalability.
* Experience integrating LLMs or AI-powered features into applications, including practical understanding of prompt engineering.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take full ownership of features from design to deployment.
