– Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
– Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms like LESS and SASS
– Strong knowledge of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
– Familiarity with frontend build tools and version control systems
– Experience in developing responsive and accessible web applications
– Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and their practical application in frontend development
– Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
– Ability to work effectively in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive attitude
– Experience with remote work and collaborating with global teams
– Proven ability to balance technical leadership with people management
