Required Frontend Architect

This role involves both interpersonal and technical skills. You will be guiding and mentoring all Frontend developers in the company with Reacts best practices, architectural planning, performance, monitoring, a/b testing etc. while also playing a key role in the development of large-scale web applications.
We build intuitive, fun and easy to use applications while keeping a world-class security architecture. You will be expected to bring creative and fast solutions to challenges.
What You'll Do:
You will guide, mentor, and lead strategic processes for the frontend development teams.
Play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our front-end development strategies in React.
You will be responsible for designing and leading the development of scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,providing technical leadership and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
We work in small, elite, fast-moving teams to meet aggressive schedules.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience with frontend frameworks such as React & Typescript.
10+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong background in architecting and building complex & large web applications.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Experience in writing code in Agile, CI/CD environments.
Proactive approach with ability to organize self and work effectively.
Team player with strong communication & collaboration skills.
Experience with MobX – Big advantage.
