As a Freelance FB Ads Manager , you will be responsible for crafting, executing, and optimizing our Israeli & international clients' facebook Ads campaigns. This role requires a bilingual-level proficiency in Hebrew, along with a proficiency in English.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective facebook advertising strategies to achieve client goals and objectives.
* Conduct in-depth audience research to target the right demographics for each campaign.
* Create and optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize ad performance in Hebrew-speaking regions.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, making data -driven decisions and optimizations with a keen understanding of the Hebrew & US market nuances.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge strategies in the Israeli advertising landscape.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a facebook Ads Specialist with a track record of successful campaigns.
* Strong understanding of the facebook advertising platform, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization for Hebrew-speaking audiences.
* Familiarity with analytics tools to interpret campaign performance data.
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize campaign performance.

Experience with other media platforms such as TikTok is a strong plus.
