Job Description:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning.
Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management.
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
Collaborate with department heads to gather input and ensure accuracy in financial.
Projections:
Track performance against budgets/forecasts and provide variance analysis.
Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
Business Partnering:
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and align financial strategies with business objectives.
Act as a financial advisor to various departments, offering insights to guide strategic decisions.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and systems.
Streamline reporting and forecasting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
Experience with SAP is a plus.
Experience in a global manufacturing company is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Fluent in English.
