We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join us.
WHAT YOULL DO
Own the full P&L of the company and act as the point of contact, control, and follow-up on key finance activities and KPIs.
Advise about trends, risks, and opportunities and enable data-driven decisions.
Develop and manage long-range strategic planning models.
Provide deep analytics and communicate effectively to senior leadership.
Analyze the companys ARR and customers base, track actual financial data and build revenue and spending forecast.
Partner with various teams including Accounting, Engineering, G&A and GTM to ensure the forecasts are in sync with the companys strategy.
Requirements:
5+ years of finance experience or a related analytical field – Must.
Experience working in hyper-growth SaaS companies, public companies experience.
Financial analysis skills with ability to pick up on financial trends and communicate effectively to ensure the business can take appropriate actions.
High-level of proficiency in MS office, Excel especially.
Attention to details and ability to extract insights from large sets of data.
Analytical approach to work with the ability to challenge results and help enhance reporting methodologies.
Results-oriented individual with a drive for continuous improvement and proven success in achieving goals.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
BA/BS degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Workday adaptive planning, Tableau and Salesforce proficiency – Advantage
