We are looking for an extraordinary FP&A Analyst to join its corporate finance team and become a true thought partner for senior management, providing business insights, high-quality deliverables, and recommendations, reporting to the Senior Controller.
Lead the annual budget and financial forecasting process and provide monthly and quarterly reports and insightful performance analysis proactively
Work closely with the Clinical and leadership team to develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the companys strategic objectives
Control and monitor of Clinical Research Organizations and medical sites budgets with the ability to negotiate terms and financials
Design reports and analysis to enable management decision-making
Control and support the purchase process of the company
Support Senior Controller with economic and monetary topics
Other ad hoc tasks

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
2-3 years of experience as a FP&A, including meaningful experience in the biotech industry- Significant advantage
Strong proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Efficient and creative problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to details
Display excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships and influence others
CPA- a plus
Cash flow forecasting experience a plus
Bilingual English & Hebrew
