A hands-on field role, working closely with kitchen and operations teams. Key responsibilities include: Daily food safety inspections across kitchens and restaurants Monitoring hygiene, Storage, temperatures, and work procedures Guiding and training kitchen teams on food safety best practices Ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards Tel Aviv Full-time | 07:00-16:00
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and other relevant food safety standards.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and guide staff.
* Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with food safety auditing and risk assessment methodologies.
Hebrew – fluent | English – advantage
