As a Financial Systems Technical Support you will have professional technical responsibility, supporting the core leading financial systems in our organization, a complex, interesting, and challenging system based on advanced technologies. * Support the core financial systems within our organization, a complex and challenging system based on advanced technologies.
* Analyze and design processes related to the finance system and its interfaces.
* Implement a commercial off-the-shelf system with varying volume and complexity.
* Troubleshoot and solve advanced problems that arise in the system.
* Work independently in a dynamic and global environment.
* Participate in on-call rotations.
* Ignite curiosity/interest/excitement in the position.

Your skills:
* You have 1-2 years of proven experience in support and integration of processes for various interfaces.
* You have proven experience with troubleshooting and solving advanced problems.
* You have advanced SQL skills (Oracle is an advantage) – a must.
* You have basic admin level experience with Linux and Windows server – a must.
* You are service-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* You are both autonomous and a team player.
* You have advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. You have a major advantage if:
* You have a technical bachelor’s degree.
* You have background in Fintech / Banking.
* You are familiar with working with Docker and ELK.
* You are familiar with Atlassian's JIRA and Confluence.
