A day in the life
The Director of finance & Corporate Applications is responsible for overall leadership in both technology and business processes across the domains of Financial Management, Procurement Management, and Human Capital Management.
This position plans, organizes, and directs operational activities and strategic direction of our systems and tools from selection to adoption. You will work in close partnership with our Finance, HR, and procurement stakeholders and will be responsible for the implementation of standardized business processes across the organization and ensure that they are maintained and adhered to compliance. You will be a key driver of change across the global organization and will be accountable for supporting change management, communications, and training.
You will partner with multi-functional global groups to select, design, and implement solutions in a cutting-edge technology environment. You will interact with high level management along with a variety of department heads to make business decisions that will ultimately lead to the success of the global corporate company.
A master collaborator possess leadership and collaborate effectively with colleagues, managers, customers and vendors
3+ years of global public company and SOX experience – Must
Strong financial background: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) that transitioned to information systems (an advantage) OR bachelors degree in Information systems that focused 8+ years on financial systems implementation.
Tech savvy and using top notch technologies in a highly integrated environment
Leveraging data and insights to shape your domains future state
Ability to be flexible and operate both strategically and tactically
NetSuite experience a must – implementing new modules and supporting a large group of users
Senior management experience and various expertise level within an MIS department
Experience in leading projects in areas of Finance, HR, and Procurement
Strong analytic capabilities
Ability to thinking strategically about systems and data
