We are looking for hands-on, driven Controller to join our Finance team
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial reports (Consolidated US GAAP statements, management and investors related reports).
Oversee and streamline finance documented policies, processes and internal controls.
Prepare, supervise, review, and approve all tax and regulatory filings and other statutory reports, ensuring full compliance with local and international requirements
Partner with external auditors and ensure smooth quarterly reviews and annual audits.
Drive automation and system improvements within our ERP and reporting tools.
Manage the payroll process in coordination with the external payroll bureau.
Drive automation and system improvements within our ERP and other tools and Enhance and implement additional financial and accounting systems and solutions.
Treasury management and cash flow forecasting.
Support the Finance leadership team with ad hoc analysis and special projects that help guide strategic decisions.

Requirements:
CPA (Big 4 background) – must.
3-5 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a global tech environment.
Strong understanding of US GAAP and Tax.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiar with NetSuite (AI and other Financial tools – advantage).
Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
Detail-oriented but fast-moving – you get things done under pressure.
Curious, proactive, and a true team player whos not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
