We seek an experienced Financial Controller to join our finance team. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing global Med-Tech company and play a key role in shaping its financial future.
Responsibilities
Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the Company.
Consolidate financial statements for subsidiaries.
Compile IFRS financial statements according to Israeli Securities Authority regulations and prepare tax reports that are compliant with Israeli tax regulations.
Conduct ongoing financial analyses, including economic and budgetary evaluations.
Manage cash flow, oversee invoicing and accounts receivable processes, and administer employee payroll.
Develop and submit grant proposals to the Israeli Innovation Authority.
Supervise and mentor the bookkeeping department, ensuring accurate and timely financial recordkeeping.
Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, preferably from a Big 4 accounting firm.
3-5 years of experience as a Controller or Senior Accountant in a global public mid-size company.
Demonstrated expertise in applying International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Proven experience utilizing systems, with Dynamics experience a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Prior experience in industrial/manufacturing companies and inventory management is a significant advantage.
Ability to work independently on managing projects and meeting deadlines while collaborating effectively with team members.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple priorities efficiently.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
