About the position This full-time position is based in Israel and entails managing the financial policies of Mindspace. As a key member of the finance team, you are a data-driven, strategic and analytical thinker. With your strong understanding of accounting and financial measures, you’ll ensure that business operations are aligned with all SOX-compliance policies. * Manage month end closing procedures
* Prepare quarterly reporting package and related working paper according to IFRS.
* Analyze company’s financial results with respect to profits, trends, margins, costs and vs. budget – collaborating with all other teams to monitor and control budgets that align with our financial goals
* Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
* Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits; providing information to external auditors (local and foreign )
* Prepare ongoing reports to the company’s stakeholders
* Manage and report monthly monthly Cash Flow
* Supervise the invoicing process. Ensure invoicing is done on time and include all the necessary accounts, involved in complicated billing issues, revenue recognition, and debt collection
* Supervise Account Payable processes, ensure supplier payments/inquiries are promptly executed
* Tax – comply with local, government reporting requirements and tax filings
* Ensuring global compliance with IFRS 16.
* Preparing the annual budget.
* Managing employees – as required.
* Manage Ad Hoc projects to optimize the company and Finance Operations

* Bachelor’s degree in accounting – a must
* CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience after internship (experience from a global company – a must)
* Excellent computer skills; experience in SAP

* Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accou
