Key Responsibilities:
· Controls -financial management and monitoring of the internal control environment including SOX where applicable,
· Reporting – ensuring the integrity of the reported results on monthly basis
·Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations and implementing effective controls/processes
·Responsibility for ensuring the integrity of the Balance Sheet and Balance Sheet Commentary.
·Training, implementation, and compliance monitoring of global accounting policies
