This position plans, organizes and directs operational activities and strategic direction of our systems and tools from selection to adoption. You will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
Lead projects related to finance system implementations, improvements and new processes.
Identify automation opportunities within finance processes.
Once the need is identified – find a suitable system – through collaboration with procurement and IT + be responsible for its implementation.
Provide support and oversee upgrades of existing systems and the integration of new features.
Identify opportunities for system improvements, efficiency gains, and user experience enhancements.
Act as the intermediary between the finance and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Conduct training sessions to improve user understanding and use of finance tools.
Internal control – identify risks and design controls accordingly.
Bachelor's degree in business administration (MBA).
5+ years experience in a hi-tech global company.
Technological, financial and business orientation.
Demonstrated knowledge of a broad range of financial functions, procedures, and processes – must.
Adherence to established methodologies and best practices in project management.
In-depth knowledge of finance tools, specifically Priority, procurement systems, budget tools, payroll systems (Hilan), treasury tools.
Experience with SOX for public companies or Big 4 experience- advantage.
Strong organizational understanding.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
Great relationship-building skills with the ability to foster collaboration between different teams.
