We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Finance Operations Admin to manage our internal financial operations and maintain strong relationships with customers, providers, and internal entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle invoicing, monitor collection, maintain accurate records, expense reports, and more.
Execute business travel plans for employees globally.
Oversee internal financial processes in terms of communicating with third-party providers, resolving issues, preventing internal fraud, and ensuring seamless operations.
Generate accurate and timely invoices, ensuring they meet legal and contractual obligations.
Handel Mesh (spend and procurement platform) for internal users around the world.
Become an integral part of the finance team with a can-do approach, while willing to expand the range of responsibility when needed.
Requirements:
High level of English – MUST
2-5 years of previous experience in a finance-operation-related role.
At least one start-up has a professional background.
Extensive experience in generating invoices, supplier payments, and collection from customers
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience arranging business travel for multiple individuals around the globe.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Can-do attuited, hardworking, and an independent individual.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects, especially in an international context.
A high level of dedication and commitment to continuous improvement.
A bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance, or a related scientific field is an advantage.
