Position description:
Execution of Installations:
Handle the installation of Bio Production and Analytical Chemistry products efficiently and accurately.
Repairs, Upgrades, and Routine Maintenance:
Perform repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
Preventive Treatments and Fault Repairs:
Conduct preventive treatments and troubleshoot faults in hospitals across the country.
Technical Problem Resolution:
Provide effective solutions to complex technical problems reported by customers.
Technical Training:
Conduct technical training sessions for customers to enhance their understanding and proficiency in using our products.
Analysis and Monitoring:
Analyze and monitor device failures for the purpose of continuous improvement and efficiency.
Technical Communication with Manufacturers:
Maintain continuous technical contact with manufacturers in English, implementing notices, updates, and managing faults.
Assistance in Service Activities:
Collaborate with and assist in service activities in other areas as required.
Flexible Working Hours:
Demonstrate willingness to work on weekends and beyond normal working hours to meet customer needs.
At least 3 years of experience as an engineer or service technician in life sciences, research, diagnostics, high-tech, or related fields.
Background in electronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering. Practical engineer or engineering education preferred.
Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Ability to withstand stress and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Capability to work both independently in the field and collaboratively within a team.
Ability to detect high-level faults in electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment, including working with complex schemes.
Enthusiasm for hands-on technical fieldwork and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Ready to travel around the country (Israel) as required.
Certified electrician license is an advantage.
