Job Description:
Installing, commissioning, maintaining, optimizing, and repairing sensor-based sorters Recycling installation bases.
Ensuring maximum performance of sorting systems in the field, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and support.
Optimizing sorting systems/processes through sampling and testing.
Identifying opportunities to add value to our customers’ businesses by introducing complementary products, solutions, and services.
Serving as a liaison between customers and Headquarters, gathering and providing market feedback to continuously improve customer service and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:
University or College studies in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering preferred, minimum Technician or engineering 3rd Level qualification required
A few years hands-on experience in a B2B, Industrial Equipment support role
Strong communication and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information and issues in a user-friendly manner.
Good in spoken and written English
Excellent technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills
Socially outgoing, ability to handle stress
