Responsibilities:
– Leading installations
– Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
– Train new customers on operations and maintenance.
– Provide remote support and troubleshooting (including when needed; weekends and holidays).
– Accurate documentation of all given support onsite and remote in the designated system.
– Identify customer requests or complaints and escalate issues if necessary to solve critical tasks as quickly as possible.
– Proactively share experience, knowledge, and skills with peers and help to build an organization with strong professionalism. Coach and mentor new hires as needed.
– Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
– Providing strategic and competitive customer feedback to marketing and product teams.
– Full-time job requires approximately 50% travel per calendar year throughout the world.
– Working in factories adhering to safety rules, with electrical, and mechanical components, inks, and solvent.
– Bachelors or practical engineering (Handesai) degree in mechanical or electronics, mechatronics.
– Valid Driver's License.
– Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
– Good English skills, both verbal and written. Additional languages is an advantage.
– Experience servicing multidisciplinary capital equipment advantage.
– Exposure to the glass or digital printing industry is an advantage.
– Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop an advantage.
– Open for university students graduate.
